In addition to celebrating employee ownership for the month of October, at SJE we also spend a week in February building anticipation to our yearly stock price announcement. We have games during the week and end it with a banquet.
Last year, I was in charge of coming up with the branding that we’d use for our ESOP in 2020. We picked a hiking theme as a group, so I executed that idea in my designs, which included a poster and a button.
